The fastest route is email: info@edgeandpowder.com. That address reaches a person and it is the only contact address for this site. There is no phone number: this is a publisher, not a shop, and there is nobody sitting by a phone to pretend otherwise.
What is genuinely useful to hear about
- A specification that is wrong or has changed with a new model year. Please include the page and, if you have it, the maker’s link.
- A size chart that does not match a brand’s current one. These get fixed first, ahead of everything else.
- A product that is discontinued or permanently unavailable, so it can be removed from a pick list.
- A sizing or buy-versus-rent question the site does not answer. Those tend to become pages.
- A recommendation that looks commercially motivated. Check the working printed under the score first, then tell us what does not add up.
What we cannot help with
We are not a shop. We cannot check stock, process a return, look up an order, or tell you whether a particular helmet will be comfortable on your head, because we have not worn it and we do not pretend otherwise. For a boot fit or a binding release setting, the right answer is a shop with their hands on your foot.
